Future cohesion policy

European Liberals and Democrats - Past and present

The celebration of 50 years of the signing of the Rome Treaty is all the more important as it takes place in a Europe that many believed not to be possible: a united Europe, a peaceful Europe in which the old adversaries work together for the achievement of a common project, a project based on democracy, freedom, respect of human rights and, above all, solidarity.
