    An open internet and the free flow of information are true drivers of economic growth and promoting fundamental freedoms.

    There are human rights concerns in ICT aiding and abetting the state. Where does the vendor responsibility start and where does it end? 

    What role should the internet freedom play in EU foreign policy?
