The seminar will provide an opportunity to inform on subsidized vessels engaged in IUU fishing, address the current loopholes in the current structural policy, identify measures that would ensure that public aid supports the recovery of fish stocks, facilitates the transition towards sustainable fisheries and provides value to society.
