The fifth ALDEPAC conference will take place in Bujumbura in Burundi from 26-28 February 2010. The theme of the conference is "Reconciliation towards Democratic Governance. Participants include Members of Parliament from accross Africa, Caribbean and Pacific and MEPs from the ALDE group in the European Parliament.
